The vehicle aims to invest primarily in innovative companies with an activity in the healthcare, wellness, life sciences, or medical industry, with targets located in different geographical regions.
The Fund has been set up under the form of a sub-threshold investment vehicle.
FORM LIFE has been advised by Aurélien Hollard (Partner), Gilles Bropsom (Counsel), Stéphane Boutoundou (Senior Associate), and Claire Koob (Managing Associate), in respect of the fund structuring and regulatory aspects.
CMS is delighted to have the opportunity to assist FORM LIFE in this ambitious project.
