Ashurst advises ESG-AM AG in setting-up a Luxembourg UCITS qualifying as an article 9 product under SFDR
Global law firm Ashurst has advised ESG-AM AG in setting-up a Luxembourg UCITS umbrella structure with two sub-funds, ESG-AM High Yield Social Transformation Fund and ESG-AM Multi Credit Fund, which target institutional investors with a strong commitment to financial and sustainable performance.
Both sub-funds invest in a diversified portfolio of high yield bonds and qualify as article 9 financial products under SFDR as pursuing environmental and social sustainable investment objectives.
The Ashurst team has supported ESG-AM AG during the structuring phase, in drafting the entire legal documentation and during the approval process with the CSSF.
Partner Antonios Nezeritis leads the team with support from counsel Marc Hirtz and associate Thécla Madonna.
