Clifford Chance appoints Katia Gauzès as new Luxembourg Managing Partner
Leading international law firm Clifford Chance announces the appointment of Katia Gauzès as the new Managing Partner of its Luxembourg office.

Katia joined Clifford Chance as a Partner in 2016. She specialises in corporate law, advising clients from the private equity and real estate industry on the structuring of complex international transactions, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions as well as the reorganization and setting up of various company structures and joint ventures in Luxembourg.
In addition, Katia represents Clifford Chance on the board of directors of LPEA, the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, and is also a member of its Legal Technical Committee. She is also a French Foreign Trade Advisor (Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France) and a former member of the Luxembourg Bar Council (Conseil de l’Ordre).
