Built to “give everyone access to real estate ownership,” BlocHome powered by Letztoken is an investment platform that enables anyone to access the real estate market. Starting with just €1K, users can start acquiring real estate at their own pace as soon as their accounts have been verified.

BlocHome is the first project of the Luxembourgish Start-up LetzToken, an innovative company offering a complete service for security token entrepreneurs and community-based projects.

Letztoken structures projects to digitalize them and offer fractions of assets to their customers to which they wouldn’t have access otherwise.

Letztoken’s first project, BlocHome, launched its services in December 2021, offering the Clapton Residence in Cessange to the users. As of now, over 280 people invested in the Residence and will be co-owners in the future as the acquisition of the Clapton Residence is fully secured.

The investment is still open as long as shares are available.

BlocHome’s long-term vision is to create a global real estate community where members can adjust the ownership and use of their properties to suit their personal needs.
