The famous London organic coffee and freshly made sandwich chain Pret A Manger will open its first shop in the Luxembourg capital on May 16th. The new shop will offer local customers a range of delicious sandwiches and salads, all prepared in their onsite kitchen, along with its 100% organic coffee, served by trained Baristas. Set within the heart of Luxembourg in the prestigious Royal-Hamilius shopping centre, Pret’s first shop is an ideal location for those who want to grab fresh breakfast, lunch or snack options on the go. It will be ideally located nearby a pleasant pedestrian square in front of Hôtel des Postes, and easily accessible by public transport and with a large underground car park. This opening marks another step in Pret's ambitious growth plans, including opening shops across Europe to bring freshly made food and drink to more people. This opening will bring 12 to 15 jobs to the local community. The new location will have 25 seats inside, alongside 20 seats on the outdoor terrace.

Freshly Prepared Recipes

As in all its shop restaurants, the Pret Luxembourg team will prepare a selection of sandwiches, salads, wraps and baked goods each morning in the shop’s onsite kitchen, using carefully sourced, high-quality ingredients.

Pret’s philosophy to do the right thing means that at the end of each day, unsold food will be donated to a local charity.

On the menu, customers will find beloved Pret classic recipes, such as the Super Club Sandwich with chicken breast, bacon and fresh tomatoes, the Crayfish & Avocado Salad Bowl, the Smoked Salmon & Dill Baguette and the Chicken Pesto Salad Bowl, as well as many vegetarian and vegan options. In addition to these dishes, there is a range of hot food options including: soups, toasties, wraps and more. For breakfast or an indulgent snack at any time of the day, customers will appreciate the range of freshly baked pastries, desserts, fruit pots and freshly squeezed smoothies as well as a wide selection of refreshing cold drinks.

100% Arabica Organic Coffee

Throughout the day, Pret will also be serving its organic and 100% Arabica coffee. Customers will be able to enjoy their favourite organic coffee or tea (latte, cappuccino, mocha, matcha...) prepared by a Barista in hot or iced version, served either with milk or an organic plantbased alternative at no extra cost (Oat, Rice-Coconut or Soya). Customers who order their barista drink in their own reusable cup or tumbler will get a €0.50 discount applied to their drink order.
