Partners Capital appoints Apex Group’s FundRock for management company solutions
FundRock Management Company, a leading European third-party UCITS Management Company (“ManCo”) and Alternative Investment Fund Manager (“AIFM”) and part of global financial services provider Apex Group, today announces its appointment, by Partners Capital to provide ManCo services to their flagship fund.
Partners Capital is a leading Outsourced Investment Office managing over $51bn of assets and acting for distinguished endowments and foundations, senior investment professionals and prominent families across the globe. Apex Group previously supported the launch of Partners Capital’s Asia-focused fund with fund administration and management company services in 2022.
FundRock will provide ManCo services for Partners Capital’s flagship fund, having supported the fund’s recent re-domiciliation to Luxembourg alongside Partners Capital teams from project design through to final execution.
FundRock is one of the largest ManCos in Europe, overseeing more than 1,200 funds with a total of €229 billion in assets under management, serviced by more than 500 experts in 12 key jurisdictions globally.
FundRock enables clients to streamline their operations in a cost-effective manner by offering third-party ManCo and, complemented by a wide range of fund administration, depositary and custody services delivered through parent company Apex Group. This is the latest in a series of high profile ManCo mandate wins for FundRock.
