“Our main goal for the lounge was to integrate the reception desk into the heart of its new layout to give visitors a warmer and closer welcome. The result is inspired by the flexible receptionists who move around the building at times to serve customers. It also underwent special acoustic treatment on the floor, walls, and ceiling for a calm and cozy ambience. The design and high-quality furnishings aim to create a residential character, further enhanced by the double height of an original glass roof. In addition, a large selection of self-service hot drinks is now available 24 hours a day.” explains Kahina Beloucif, KBFdesign. “For the game room I got carte blanche, so I could be very creative! The project was carried out with a strong economic and ecologic focus, thanks to the recovery of materials from renovation work.”

The furnishings in the new lounge area as well as the kitchens in the apartments were entrusted to Key Cucine, an Italian craftsman company of the highest quality
