The members of the Paris team

Since January 2024, Allison Norie has been based in Paris as Head of office. She will work closely with Fouzia Benyahia, Vincent Mahler, Anastasia Marie-Hontaas and Matthieu Taillandier.

Allison Norie, Head of Paris office, Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice.

Allison joined Arendt in 2017. She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2019. Allison advises management companies and asset managers on legal and regulatory aspects of structuring Luxembourg investment funds, and on their related activities.

Fouzia Benyahia, Partner in Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Fouzia has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar and the Paris Bar since 2013. She has previously worked at the Arendt office in New York and has a wealth of experience in international corporate transactions. In recent years, Fouzia has also contributed to the expansion of the Paris office.

Vincent Mahler, Tax Partner.

Vincent is one of the founders of the Paris office. He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2011. He advises on Luxembourg tax issues on an international scale and has led the Arendt Tax Desks at the New York office and now at the Paris office.

Anastasia Marie-Hontaas, Senior Manager Regulatory & Consulting.

Anastasia brings her complementary expertise in Regulatory & Consulting to asset management, specialising in compliance, anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism.

Matthieu Taillandier, Partner, Head of Finance & Capital Markets.

Matthieu is one of the founders of the Paris office. He is a member of the Luxembourg Bar and the Paris Bar. He has expertise in finance, structured finance, restructuring and debt capital markets.
