Currently Managing Director of AXA Banque (France) and CEO of AXA Luxembourg from 2012 to 2020, Marie-Hélène Massard will join the Executive Committee of Foyer S.A. as Deputy CEO in May 2024. This strategic recruitment is part of the succession to Marc Lauer, current CEO of the Foyer Group, and underlines the long-term vision of the company.

The Board and Management of Foyer Group are delighted with the arrival of Ms Massard, who brings with her a wealth of experience in the insurance and financial sectors, as well as in-depth knowledge of the Luxembourg market.
