We are pleased to announce the strengthening of our team with the arrival of four new lawyers:

• Pierre-Siffrein GUILLET as Senior Associate – Avocat à la Cour, reinforcing the Commercial and Business Law, Corporate / Mergers and Acquisitions, Tax and Capital Markets departments. His rich career includes positions such as founder and director of a consulting firm in Switzerland and Luxembourg; expert with Industry Leader Family Office Services at IQ-EQ Luxembourg; and Of Counsel in a Luxembourg law firm. He has also been a teacher-researcher in tax and public law at the University of Aix-Marseille III in France. Mr. GUILLET holds a PhD in tax law (2008), a Master 2 in tax law and public finance (2001), as well as a Master 2 in tax law (2000) from the University of Aix-Marseille III. Pierre-Siffrein speaks French and English.
• Kubilay YILMAZ as Associate – Avocat à la Cour in the Real Estate and Construction as well as Dispute Resolution departments. Prior to joining DSM Avocats à la Cour, Kubilay was an avocat in two Luxembourg law firms, in addition to his experience as Assistant to the Court to the Sarreguemines Court of Justice and Tutorial Supervisor at the University of Lorraine. He holds a Master II in Law, Economics and Management, majoring in Public Law and Political Science (2016) and a master’s degree in Law, Economics and Management, majoring in Private Law and Criminal Sciences (2015) from the University of Lorraine. Kubilay speaks French, English and Turkish.
• Thibaut GROENINGER as Associate – Avocat in the Commercial and Business Law and Corporate / Mergers and Acquisitions departments. Prior to joining DSM Avocats à la Cour, Thibaut held the positions of M&A Associate in a Luxembourg law firm and Corporate Governance Secretary in Secondment at CACEIS. He holds a Master 2 in applied procedures and taxation (2020), a University Diploma in cross-border taxation and a Master I in business law from the University of Lorraine. Thibaut speaks French and English.
• Pauline MARCHAT as Associate – Avocat in the Commercial and Business Law, Real Estate and Construction and Dispute Resolution departments, as well as on the German Desk. Prior to joining DSM Avocats à la Cour, Pauline worked as an Associate in a Luxembourg law firm and for an independent service provider in the investment fund sector. She holds a Master II in cross-border business law from the University of Lorraine (2020), an LL.M. in German private law from the Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz (2019) and a double degree in private international law and European commercial law from the University of Burgundy and Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz (2018). She speaks French, English and German.
