Luxembourg City joins over 10,000 cities worldwide where Uber Eats offers convenient and reliable food delivery services. At launch, our service will be accessible to 60% of the population of Luxembourg, operational in the cantons of Luxembourg and Esch-sur-Alzette, with plans to expand to other cantons.

How the app works

1. Download the app: Download the Uber Eats app for Android or iOS, or visit www.ubereats.com. Existing Uber users can log in with their current account details.
2. Place your order: Select your restaurant of choice, place your order, and pay through the app using a credit card or PayPal.
3. Order Preparation: Once the delivery partner is a few minutes away from the restaurant, the restaurant is notified to prepare the order.
4. Delivery: The delivery partner collects the order from the restaurant and delivers it to the specified location. Customers can choose to have their food left outside the door, in the stairwell, or at the gate.
5. Track your order: Track your delivery in real-time through the app.
