Starting Thursday, December 10th, a caller dialling 2456-1 will be greeted by a vocal menu requesting him to first choose his preferred language and then to choose between a given department (Airline / Tour Operator / LuxairCARGO / LuxairServices Catering) or an operator (Reception), the latter being reachable on workdays between 7am and 7pm. Once these choices have been made, the caller will be offered specific options that will guide him to the person best placed to attend him.

This innovation, combined with the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that gives the Customer Service Center’s operators access to the records of each Luxair Luxembourg Airlines and LuxairTours customer, will ensure a swifter and more efficient handling of requests before, during and after the customer’s journey (Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm).
