The Adecco Group restructures to strengthen its presence in Luxembourg in 2017.
The Adecco Group is presented under three companies in Luxembourg and covers all the services within human resources. Since 1st January 2017, all recruitment activities for senior and executive profiles have been regrouped to Badenoch & Clark. This strengthens Badenoch & Clark’s reach and exposure in the Luxembourg market and unites the two teams together under one leading brand.

A unique expert in permanent recruitment
The fusion of these two companies, long-standing experts within the recruitment domain , will allow the expansion of Badenoch & Clark’s activity to create a unique network for the permanent staffing business. Badenoch & Clark will now specialise in the recruitment of all professional profiles.

Additionally, Adecco will also regroup their consultants within a structure, exclusively dedicated to junior profiles, for all sectors presently active in Luxembourg, with the launching of Adecco Permanent Placement.

Reinforcement of competences in employment
In collaboration with Lee Hecht Harrison, Ajilon HR Solutions will expand their activities’ in Change Management, supporting companies in transition and offering Talent and Leadership Development Program. The Ajilon Consulting team will continue to develop tailored solutions to help companies optimise their use of external resources and better adapt to the current Human Resource trends.

Adecco is expanding its catalogue of services, with a new “Onsite” solution, which offers customers a wider range of in-house HR assistance.

Through this new organisation, The Adecco Group in Luxembourg aims to be the key HR partner for candidates and companies.
