The speakers: Maria Pia Montoro, Aida Horaniet and Valentina Brysina have received a certificate from Coding Girls’ founder, Anna Radulovski, for their commitment to the promotion of careers in IT.

Aida Horaniet's research has highlighted some evocative figures. In Europe, only 20% of young university graduates in information and communication technologies are women, while the demand for qualified staff continues to grow. This type of event makes it possible to create a community capable of tackling these statistics.

WomenHack is more than just a recruiting event. It is also about creating synergies between talents and companies. A total of six companies participated in the speed meeting to present their career opportunities: Job Today, Maltem Consulting Group, European Investment Bank, Tokeny, Expon Capital and Docler Holding.
