Nicolas Poncelet has over 20 years of experience in corporate services and management of regulated and non-regulated entities. Nicolas assumed senior positions within several leading corporate services firm in Luxembourg. As a chartered accountant, Nicolas will head the Accounting and Tax department to elevate FideField’s capability to assist clients in Fund matter.

With over 13 years’ experience in management of regulated and non-regulated entities as well as multinational companies, Yeliz Bozkir brings deep understanding of the private equity and real estate sectors. Prior to her arrival at FideField, she worked in leading Luxembourg firms as Legal Director. Yeliz will head the Legal department and will also be responsible for AML, KYC and regulatory compliance.
